Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a 30% charge of the balance due of the scheduled service. No-shows or same-day cancellations without notice will be charged 100% of the service price. Please kindly avoid bringing extra guests unless they’re also booked for a service. There is a 10 minute grace period of your scheduled service time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded. If an appointment is rescheduled outside the 48 hour window, then the deposit can be moved over 1 time to a new appointment. After that, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required for a new appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and business!
